HOW DO I CLEAN MY FM SLIDES?

We recommend using a wet wipe to clean your FM Slides. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If the product was purchased at www.freedomoses.com.pa we can evaluate the situation. 

If the purchase was made in another store. The product must be returned where it was purchased. 

Please note that if the change made is for size or color, another shipping charge will apply. 

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT MY SIZE?

 We recommend that if you are between sizes, go one size up. 

I WANT A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT I CAN DO?

We recommend that you subscribe to our restock notification, by clicking on the size you want ¨ Notify me when this product is back in stock ¨ and we will notify you as soon as this product is back in stock. Cool right?

UPS, CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they have been sent. 

This includes if you make changes to your shipping method. 

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW DO I FIX IT?

We process and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that we can make the correction before your order has been shipped. 

We would also like to include that these changes could cause a delay in the processing and shipping of the product. 

WHEN WILL MY MOSES BE SENT TO ME?

Your orders will be delivered between 24 to 48 business hours if it is in the city and within 48 to 72 business hours. For international shipments between 5 to 10 business days.
